What is Closet Therapy™?
Closet Therapy™ is a luxury closet organization and wardrobe management brand founded by
Shaniece Jones. We sit at the intersection of bespoke organization and behavioral science. We believe the closet is the most overlooked space in our homes, yet it carries the most weight and holds the power to transform our lives.
We work with high-net-worth clients, executives, and individuals who are done wasting one of the most valuable assets- time. A well-built system isn't a luxury, it's time back.
Do you only work with celebrities?
No. While our client roster includes A-List celebrites, Grammy award winning artists, actors, and executives, Closet TherapyTM was built for those who value their time and environment, they invest in their lives intentionally, and they're ready for a transformation that goes deeper than organization.
If that resonates, you're exactly who this is for.
Do you offer virtual services?
Yes. The Virtual Closet Consultation was built for clients who are outside of Los Angeles, prefer to do the work themselves, or want expert direction before committing to a larger investment.
You get the same framework, the same precision, and the same level of care as every in-person project — the only difference is you implement it on your own terms.
What does the in-person experience look like?
Every in-person project follows our six-phase experiential process: The Discovery, The Edit, The Vision, The Build, The Reveal, and ongoing support through estate management. We don't just show up and sort, we begin with a deep consultation, understand how you live, and build a system that functions as beautifully as it looks.
Projects range from a single closet to whole-home and estate organization, spanning multiple spaces.
How long does a project take?
A single closet transformation typically takes one to three days on-site depending on size and complexity. A multi-room whole-home project spans multiple sessions and is scoped individually.
Your timeline will be outlined in detail during the discovery call so you know exactly what to expect before we begin.
How is my privacy protected?
An NDA is standard. Every inquiry is handled with complete confidentiality. From your first message through the final reveal. Nothing is shared, posted, or published without your permission, including project photos, your name, or any details about your space.
However, as a small business, I do kindly ask for permission to share select project imagery for press, website, and social media purposes.
Closet organizer Shaniece Jones said an open-view storage setup is one she tries to emulate often in her clients’ closets. “I hear my clients always say, ‘Oh, my gosh, I didn’t even know I had this,’” she recalled. “When things are up on the shelf, it feels more open.”...
"As a professional closet organizer, I know how crucial it is to make the most of a small space, and dorm rooms are no exception." Below, Jones and other professional organizers share their personal recommendations on the top picks worth shopping from the sale...
Multi-tiered hangers may seem like they're there to make life easier because they save space, but don't be fooled. ..."Once you load them with clothes, they turn getting dressed into an early morning upper body workout because of how heavy they become, says Shaniece Jones...
Rather than stuff everything into a cluttered drawer, try stowing items in a three-tier cart. “You can use the cart in an office for a mobile work station, which is how I use mine at home... says professional organizer Shaniece Jones....
I wanted to create a place where it’s okay to share your struggle. Here, community isn’t about perfection and exclusivity, it’s about access.
