Brand Ambassador For The Container Store

Unexpected blessings is what I should have titled this post. The Container Store is every professional organizer’s playground, it’s where I go when my Saturdays are free and I get a chance to play with the products or create some free content. I also love the sales associates who work at the Fairfax location (recently closed as of August 2024). So, one would think it would be a no-brainer to apply and get accepted into the Brand Ambassador Program, right? Wrong!

I had once tried a few years ago and was rejected. Rejection is a feeling that sits with you longer than you want it to be but a friend sent me a DM to encourage me to apply. I said why not, not explaining to him that I was once rejected, said a prayer, and hit submit on the application. A few days later, I received the notification that I was selected to be a part and I couldn't have been happier. It also, healed some of that rejection I was feeling.

The moral of the story, ya girl is a brand ambassador for The Container Store and if you have ever been rejected from something that you want, don’t be afraid to go after it again. Timing is everything!
