Hey!

Thank you for making the decision to join me here and on this journey of In The Soles Of…The Podcast. It took me almost two years to launch this 10-pound baby and if I can be honest the labor pains were well worth it. I know, who says that labor pains are good but for the past two years from the moment I received the idea to actually signing up for an iTunes podcast right down to conducting my first interview, this process has allowed me to grow individually as a person and I truly like what I have learned along the way as well as who I have become.

Since we don’t really know each other, I guess it would be best if I give you a quick snippet so I don’t ruin the episode where I will be interviewed by one of my friends. I was born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Attending St. John’s University in Queens, NY where I earned my pre-med degree (B.S in Biology) but due to my passion and love for spending money on retail therapy, I went through many detours until I landed in the fashion industry, a place I like to call home and soon was able to spend other people’s money! I have a major sweet tooth, gummy bears and sour powers/straws, anything that is chewy and loaded with sugar is my jam. Sometimes, I wonder why I didn’t come up with Dylan’s candy shop. I have been a major force behind the success of many movements, working in fields from finance to entertainment. It’s been a pretty awesome journey! I am going to make the greatest effort to keep this post short and sweet because as you will learn, I love writing and talking.

On this podcast, you’ll have an opportunity to kick off your shoes and relax your feet (Xscape) and step into the soles of our guest storytellers. Is the grass greener on the other side? What is it like to walk a mile in someone else’s shoes? I am sure that you have asked yourself these questions or something along the lines of it and if you have, you have tapped into the right network. My hope is that you will be inspired by their stories and gain valuable tips and nuggets that you can apply to your life or pay it forward by sharing the episodes and tips with others.

Thank you for your support and for walking this thing out with me. I can’t promise perfection but I am committed to making sure that you have the tools and inspiration to create your best life and career!
